Hey there,

I am having the exact same problem as you. I contacted Linksys support and they were supposed to send me the WRT300n.bin file but nothing has come through yet. I don’t suppose you still have the file kicking around and can email it to me?

Would be much appreciated!

I do use DD WRT on my WRT54GL and love it, but this is 300N V2.0 and so currently isn’t supported. Which is a real shame.

Try dd-wrt; it’s a lot more capable than Linksys’ firmware.

Unfortunately the 300n is the limiting factor.

You know the answer to that. Gman on GVL did the same to his laptop and got a lot better results so I am just going to try some more things. Its getting it to use wirelesss N that’s the problem.
